Meadowpoint Townhomes is a complex of 73 homes located on 6 acres and consists of 19 buildings located in the beautiful city of West Des Moines, IA. Construction on the units began in approximately 1985 and ended in 1989. We are considered to be one of the premier townhome developments in West Des Moines by real estate professionals. Our development is basically a small neighborhood with our own social activities such as men’s monthly breakfast, ladies monthly luncheons and a neighborhood book club. We are close to churches, schools, grocery and drug stores, Valley Junction historic district and 2 large shopping malls are located within 15 minutes. We are connected to a bicycle trail and near Fairmeadows Park.
